1. Setup

After an initial consultation and understanding your business needs, we start the setup process to setup the right chart of accountant in Xero or other cloud accounting system for your business structure.

The bank feeds will be set up at the same day. While the bank feeds are on their way to connect to the system, we will provide two tailored Xero training with zoom meeting. Office training can be requested at the same time. 

2. Every month

At the beginning of each month, we collect your income and expenses for last month, reconcile your bank accounts and get in touch of any questions. Monthly or quarterly financial statements can be ready for you to review if all information have been supplied.

If you engage with us for our payroll services, we can handle your payroll and accounts payable functions and do your bookkeeping on a weekly or fortnightly. Whenever you have a question, simply email us and we'll respond within 24 business hours.

3. Every quarter

For client who register for quarterly lodgement. We prepare your Business Activity Statement and GST summary report. We make sure all your transactions are tax compliant according to the information you give it to us.

After your review and agree with all the transactions are true and correct. We will lodge it to ATO on behalf of you. We can deal with ATO directly if you require payment plan or you have any queries regarding to the lodgement.

4. Every year

At the end of the financial year, SL Strategic Solutions prepare all your financial statements and making sure all other documents are ready to complete your annual tax return smoothly and on time. End of the financial year appointment can be arranged according to your need and time.

Our accountant also access your file and adjust it directly, so you don't have to worry about the book and can focus to grow your business and move to the right direction according to your business plan and also take the time to review your business process and system.
